| I have
set up a button below that allows you to pay all or a
portion of your bill by PayPal or credit card. You can
pay in units of $1.00. For example, if your bill is $30,
you can pay it all by submitting a payment of 30 units. |

When you click the "Pay Now"
button below, the first screen you see should look like
the sample above. Update the quantity field and click
"Update Totals". If you have a PayPal account,
log in on the lower right and pay that way. To pay by
credit card, click "Continue" in the lower
left, submit your credit card information and continue
with the payment. If you have any questions, please
